Perfect Boiled Crab Legs
Ingredients
4 teaspoons kosher salt
4 frozen snow crab clusters (about 2 1/2 lb.)
4 tablespoons butter, melted
1 lemon, quartered
How to Make It
Bring a large pot of water to a boil and add salt. Add crab legs, and cook 5 minutes. Transfer crab legs to a platter, and serve warm with butter and lemon wedges.
Easy Baked Crab Legs
Ingredients
6 frozen snow crab clusters (about 4 lb.)
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 teaspoons seafood boil seasoning (such as Old Bay)
6 tablespoons butter, melted
1 lemon, cut into wedges
How to Make It
Step 1
Preheat oven to 425°F. Arrange crab clusters in a single layer on a rimmed baking sheet.
Step 2
Stir together oil and seasoning in a small bowl, and brush over each crab cluster. Bake in preheated oven until hot throughout, about 12 minutes. Serve warm with butter and lemon.
Easy Instant Pot Crab Legs
Ingredients
3 frozen snow crab clusters
1 cup water
3 tablespoons melted butter
1 lemon, cut into wedges
How to Make It
Pour water in bottom of an instant pot, and place rack inside. Set crab legs on top of rack, and secure lid. Cook on high pressure 1 minute. Carefully manually release pressure. Serve warm with butter and lemon.
