KALI MIRCH CHICKEN KOFTA CURRY
Take the 500 grams of chicken mince
Add 1 tb spn of fresh cream
Add 1 tb spn of coriander leaves
Add 1 tsp of chopped ginger
Add ½ tsp of pepper powder
Add ½ tsp of garam masala
Add ½ tsp of cumin powder
Add some salt and mix it nicely
Then make kofta balls and keep a side
Now fry the chicken koftas.
In a pan add 1 tb spn of oil
Add whole garam masala
Add 1 cup of chopped onions
Add 2 cubes of butter
Add some salt
Add 1 tsp of maida
Add 1 cup of milk and mix it well
Then add 1 cup of almond paste
Add some water and boil it
Now put the koftas
Add ½ tsp of pepper powder and mix it
Take another pan add 1 tsp of oil
Add 5 green chillies
Add ½ cup of shallots
Add pinch of hing
Add 1 tsp of chopped garlic and mix it
Then pour this tempering in to the kofta gravy
Now serve with chapati.
CORIANDER CHICKEN CURRY
In a pan add some water and boil it
Ad 500 grams of chicken
Add some salt
Add whole garam masala and cook it
In a pan add 1 tb spn of oil
Add 4 round red chillies
Add 1 tsp of shahjeera
Add 1 tsp of garlic and mix it
Now add ½ cup of chopped onions
Add some salt
Add ½ tsp of turmeric powder and cook it
Then add 1cup of tomato puree
Add 1 tsp of ginger garlic paste
Add ½ tsp of cumin powder
Add 1 tsp of coriander powder
Add ½ tsp of garam masala
Add pinch of nutmeg powder
And cook in slow flame
Now add 1 cup of coriander paste
Add ¼ cup of mint paste
Add 1 tb spn of chopped green chillies
Add 1 cup of coconut paste
Add ½ cup of shallots and cook it
Now put the boiled chicken and mix it nicely
Now serve with rice or chapati.
