Paneer angara is a delicious paneer recipe with a smoky flavour. This smoky flavour takes this dish to a next level of taste. Smoking is infusing the smoke flavour into the dish to enhance its taste. Do try this recipe at home and drop a comment for me. Do not forget to like, share and subscribe.

Ingredients:
• Cashew nuts
• Chopped Tomato
• Garlic
• Chopped Ginger
• 2 tsp Oil
• Ginger julienne
• Finely chopped Onion
• Coriander powder
• Garam masala
• Red chili powder
• Chopped Capsicum
• Salt to taste
• Water
• Kasuri methi
• Paneer cubes
• Fresh cream
• Charcoal
• Slice of Onion
• Ghee

Method:
• In a blender jar take cashew nuts.
• Add tomato, garlic, ginger and blend everything into fine puree.
• Heat up oil in a pan.
• Add ginger, onion and fry until onion gets light golden color.
• Add blended puree and fry for about 4-5 minutes.
• Add coriander powder, garam masala, red chili powder and mix well.
• Add capsicum and mix well.
• Add salt, water and mix well.
• Cook for about 5 minutes.
• Add kasuri methi and mix well.
• Add paneer and mix well.
• Cook for just 5 minutes.
• Transfer the sabzi into a serving bowl and add fresh cream.
• Heat up a charcoal on gas.
• Place a slice of onion on the sabzi and the heated charcoal on it.
• Add ghee on the charcoal and cover with lid.
• Remove the lid, charcoal and onion after about 5 minutes.
• This gives smoky flavour to paneer.
• Paneer angara is all ready.
