4 Ingredient Crispy and Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie Recipe
Vegan Butter 1 cup
Light brown or White Sugar ¾ cup
All Purpose Blend or Regular AP Flour
Dairy Free Chocolate Chips 1- 1½ cups
You can use regular all purpose flour if you do not have the biscuit blend and this will give you a true shortbread cookie which is going to be crispy throughout. Shortbread cookies naturally do not have added baking powder to keep them thin and crisp with no rise.
Additionally if you want your cookies to stay slightly softer inside DO NOT PRESS THEM OUT AS MUCH AS I DID! Keep them slightly chubby!
