Ingredients     1/2     cup     any other vegetables
1     piece     butter
1/2     number     carrot
2     piece     cauliflower
1     bunch     chopped coriander
1     tbsp     coriander pdr
1     tsp     ginger garlic paste
1     pinch     jeera
  2     number     onion
 1/2     cup     peas
2     number     potatoes
3     number     tomato
1     pinch     turmeric
Directions
for curry
• Heat butter in pan and add cumin,chopped onion and garlic and ginger. Fry until garlic turns slightly brown.  Add the tomatoes and gr chillies and cook with all spices till mashed and well done . Add all the vegetables.  Salt and some water (add more water if u like the bhaji thin). Bring to Boil. Remove from flame and add butter top it with chopped onion, and Butter.

Ingredients
7     tsp     butter
7     cup     maida(all purpose flour)
1     tsp     salt
1     tsp     sugar
3 1/2     cup     water warm
7     grams     yeast( dry quick action)
Directions
• Dissolve yeast and sugar in the warm water and let stand five minutes, until bubbly.
• add salt and mix with the flour
• Knead dough on a floured surface until smooth, springy and elastic, about 10 minutes. Place bread dough in greased bowl, turning to grease top. Cover and let rise until double, 1 hour.
• Punch down dough. On floured surface,  Place the rolls as shown , on greased cookie sheet sprinkled with flour. Cover and let rise until doubled, 45 minutes to an hour.
• Bake at 400f  for 20-30 minutes, until the bread is deep golden brown and sounds hollow when tapped with fingers. Remove from cookie sheet and let cool.
