Betty demonstrates how to make Romano-Parmesan Salad Dressing. This is a delicious salad dressing that contains Romano cheese and Parmesan Cheese. It will be used to dress a salad in the next video. Stay tuned!
Romano-Parmesan Salad Dressing
½ cup mayonnaise
¼ cup grated or shredded Romano cheese
¼ cup grated or shredded Parmesan cheese
½ teaspoon garlic salt
½ cup sour cream
Blend all ingredients in a blender. (You may use an electric mixer, if you choose.) Blend until there are no large lumps of cheese left. (Small lumps will be fine.) You may serve this dressing immediately or store it (covered) in the refrigerator until ready to use. For longer storage, place in a container with a top that fits tightly.
This dressing is great for any green salad. Yummy! --Betty
