To make this eclair taste like a hot dog, you need to make choux pastry first, and then to make a stuffing by mixing hot dog sausages and cream cheese, finally by layering a sweet mustard glaze on top. A sprinkle of crispy onions and some gherkins slices will make all the difference. Hot Dog savory Eclairs.
