BURNT BRINJAL BOTTLE GOURD & TOMATO BARTHA ─ Indian Master Chef

Water as required 0 Bottle gourd 1 Numbers Oil as required 0 Mustard seeds 1 Teaspoons Cumin seeds 1 Teaspoons Ginger Small Garlic 6 Numbers Turmeric Pinch Hing Pinch Curry leaves 4 Stricks Green chillies 5 Numbers Tomato 3 Numbers Red chilli powder 1 Teaspoons Coriander powder 1 Teaspoons Salt as per taste. 0 Coriander leaves 1 Tablespoons 1.First take a pan add water and bottle gourd pieces and cook it till it gets soft.
2.Take one big brinjal cook it on stove on the medium flame.
3.Then take a bowl add water then put the brinjal and keep a side.
4.After that take a pan and add oil,mustard seeds,cumin seeds,chopped
  ginger,chopped garlic and just saute it for few mins.
5.Then add chopped onion,salt as per taste.
6.Saute all these nicely.
7.Then add pinch of turmeric and hing,curry leaves,chopped green chillies,
  chopped tomato,red chilli powder,coriander powder,boiled bottle gourd pieces.
8.Saute all these again for few mins.
9.Add cut brinjal pieces and check the salt then add salt as per taste.
10.Add coriander leaves.
11.Saute all these nicely.
12.Serve with hot rice.
