Crab is very popular worldwide and is widely used in all kinds of dishes - that only makes it even more important to choose for sustainable MSC certified crab! That's why I traveled to the only 'True Blue' Louisiana blue crab fishery at Lake Pontchartrain near New Orleans in the United States of America.
Crab fisherman Roy - who is a fisherman since he is 10 years old - took us on his daily journey to empty his 400 crab pots. The Louisiana blue crab is deliciously sweet and fat, which makes it perfect for use in this fantastic salad! Enjoy!
