Foodstirs™ Chocolate Avocado Frosting Shots

Ingredients
2 Foodstirs Organic Frosting mixes
1 ripe avocado, peeled, pitted and halved
1/4 cup cocoa powder, plus 1 tablespoon for garnish
Directions
In a large bowl, using an electric mixer, blend the avocado until smooth. With the blender on medium-low speed, slowly add the frosting mix and cocoa powder. Blend until creamy.
Pipe or spoon mixture into small glasses and top with a sprinkle of cocoa powder.
