The BBC Good Food team show you how easy it really is to make your own delicious chocolate truffles at home for special occasions and gifts using just a few simple ingredients (toppings optional but recommended!)
Top tip: The shaped truffles can be frozen for up to 1 month before coating, if you wish to make them in advance. Place the truffles well-spaced apart on a lined baking sheet and freeze until solid, then place into freezer bags and seal.
