500g of Philadelphia Style Cream Cheese (2 Blocks)
400g Can of Sweetened Condensed Milk
300g of Dark Semi Sweet Chocolate
250g Packet of Plain Chocolate Cookies (I used Arnott’s Choc Ripple)
100g of Unsalted Butter (melted)
