When you are in Australia, you need to do some BBQing. We had the freshest sustainable prawns from the Exmouth Gulf, prawns are just amazing on the barbie! Served with a fresh pineapple chutney which combines really well with the sweet prawn meat. A great dish for a summer day. Enjoy!
