There’s nothing quite so pleasing as a sandwich stuffed with meat and cheese, so make it happen by dialing up the flavor and combine thin strips of beef sirloin with a dry rub of salt, pepper, paprika, chili, onion and garlic powders, thyme, marjoram and basil.
