Watch as we join the amazing clam fishermen and women from Kollam in India. This is one of the most sustainable MSC certified fisheries in the world. The clam fishing is practiced on a really selective way, small clams are left untouched and there is no fishing between december and februari to make sure the clams can reproduce.
