đ¸ Hi welcome back to aeriskitchen.Â
Today I will make a homemade yellow pickled radish, (ë¨ëŹ´ě§, DanMuJi in Korean) which is a necessary ingredient for kimbap. I tried to make this two different ways. One is using saffron and the other is using tumeric to color it. It was my goal to make a healthy and delicious version that does not contain chemicals, and I finally achieved that goal. So I am very happy to share this recipe.
đź Yield: 20 Strips
đż Saffron DanMuJi:
1 Daikon Radish (1½ lb) (2 tsp Salt)
3 Cups Water
1Âź Cups Sugar
6 Tbsp Korean Apple Vinegar

đż Turmeric
1 Daikon Radish (1½ lb)
3 Cups Water
1Âź Cups Sugar
6 Tbsp Korean Apple Vinegar
½ Tbsp Salt
1 tsp Turmeric http://amzn.to/2tMS9Zs
