Ingredient list
For Pakode Batter:
• 1/2 cup Chickpea flour / Besan
• 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
• 1/4 tsp Red chili powder
• 1/4 tsp Garam masala
• Pinch of Ajwain / Carom seeds
• Salt to taste
• A pinch of Baking soda
• 1 cup thinly sliced Onion
• Finely chopped Coriander leaves
• 1~2 tbsp Water
For Kadhi Mixture:
• 1/2 cup Thick yogurt
• 3 tbsp Chickpea flour / Besan
• Salt to taste
• 1/2 tsp Garam masala
• 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
• 1/2 tsp Red chili powder
• 1 1/2 cups Water
For Making Kadhi:
• 1 tbsp Mustard oil
• 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds
• 8~10 Fenugreek seeds
• 1 Finely chopped Onion
• 1~2 Green chili
• 1/2 tsp Grated Ginger
• 8-10 Curry leaves
• 1~2 Dried red chili
For Frying Onion Pakodas:
• Oil for frying
