I am back at Cook Inlet in Alaska! Cook Inlet is one of the places in Alaska that is famous for its salmon, and this morning my friend Brian and his family caught a delicious wild King salmon! Cook Inlet’s kings are wild, natural and sustainable. King salmon is one of the five species roaming Alaska’s waters, and it is safe to say that the king is the fattiest and the biggest - ideal for grilling! So today, grilled King salmon, fennel and green asparagus topped with a dill and fennel tops infused olive oil. Super quick and super delicious! Enjoy.
