For the cookies -
350g plain flour
1 tsp bicarbonate of soda
1/2 tsp salt
230g unsalted butter, soft
100g caster sugar
220g light soft brown sugar
1 large egg
2 tsp vanilla extract
150g milk chocolate chips
For the cookie dough -
25g unsalted butter, soft
25g demarara sugar
25g caster sugar
1.5 tbsp yoghurt
1/4 tsp vanilla
70g plain flour
1/2 tsp salt
30g chocolate chips
For the Chocolate Cream Cheese icing -
100g cream cheese
35g soft butter
165g icing sugar sifted
75g dark chocolate, meted and cooled slightly
