Horlicks Oats Biscuits recipe is an easy to make delicacy. It is a perfect blend of health and taste.

Ingredients:
Horlicks Oats 2 cups, Sugar ( Powdered ) 1 cup, Butter (cubes ) 12 nos, Milk Powder 1/2 cup, Cardamom Powder 1 tea spoon, Baking Powder 1 tea spoon.

Method:
Use a blender to grind Horlicks oats to a fine powder.
Now transfer this to a bowl, add powdered sugar, butter, milk powder, cardamom, baking powder and mix it to a thick dough.
Give rectangular shape to the prepared dough, wrap it with a clean foil and freeze it for about 30 minutes.
Then remove the foil, cut the frozen dough block into slices and bake them at 180-degree centigrade for about 30 minutes.

Delicious Horlicks Oats Biscuits are now ready to serve.
