❄️ BOUILLABAISSE Soup ❄️ | Bart van Olphen ─ Bart's Fish Tales

Bouillabaisse is a dish from southern France, most famously associated with the port of Marseille. It originated in the fishing communities, being cooked on the beach in copper kettles over a log fire at the end of the day. It was a convenient one-pot dish that made use of all the by-catch the fishermen couldn’t sell. This is my version of a bouillabaisse. A great dish for your Christmas table! Happy Holidays and enjoy.
