Chicken koftas with Horlicks oats is easy to make tasty snack recipe. Healthy oats are combined with chicken and flavored with spices to delight your taste buds.
Ingredients:     Chicken (Boneless) 3-5 pieces     Horlicks Oats 1 cup     Yogurt / Curd 1 cup     Mint leaves 1 bunch     Coriander leaves (chopped) 1 bunch     Salt  to taste     Coriander powder 1 tea spoon     Cumin powder 1 tea spoon     Garam masala powder (optional)  pinch     Chili powder (optional) 1/2 tea spoon     Oil  as required     Ginger garlic paste 1 tea spoon     Turmeric powder 1/4 tea spoon     Tomatoes (chopped) 1 number     Water  as required     Brown Onions (fried) 1 tablespoon
Method: 
Grind a coarse paste of chicken by adding oats, yogurt along with mint leaves, green chilies, coriander leaves, salt (to taste).
Add some more Horlicks oats to reduce the moisture content in the prepared paste.
Now shape the mixture into small dumplings, deep fry in hot oil till they turn slightly brown in color and transfer to a plate
In the same oil, add ginger garlic paste and turmeric powder, saute until raw flavor is gone.
Add chopped tomatoes and saute well.
Season yogurt with coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala powder, chili powder and transfer to the same cooking pan
For flavoring, add mint leaves, coriander leaves, fried brown onion, cook for about 10 minutes add the fried chicken koftas and cook for a minute more.
Now to make gravy consistency little thicker add Horlicks oats.
Turn the flame off by garnishing with coriander leaves.
Hot and Spicy Chicken Koftas with Horlicks Oats are now ready to serve.
