*How to make Super Legit Pizza dough recipe :*
- 364g of warm water ( 70% hydration )
- 520 grams of TIPO 00 flour.
- 1 g instant yeast
- 16 grams of salt.

*Christmas side pizza #1*
- 2 medium sized potatoes
- Fresh Thyme
- Olive oil
- Flaky salt

*Christmas side pizza #2 :*
- Handful Brussels sprouts
- 1 Sausage
- 1/4 apple
- 1/2 onion
- Chili flakes

*Christmas side pizza #3 :*
- Handful chestnuts
- 300g Smoked Raclette Cheese
- 2 Button mushrooms
- Black pepper
