Recipe - makes 4 servings
For the dark chocolate mousse...
85g dark or couverture chocolate
45ml whole milk
1 lg egg white
100g double cream
For the White chocolate mousse...
same as above but replace dark chocolate with white chocolate, obvs!
For the chocolate ganache...
75g dark chocolate
75 double cream
For the caramel ganache...
a few spoonfuls of salted caramel and ganache!
