Horlicks Oats Pumpkin Roti ─ Vahchef - VahRehVah

Healthily packed roti with a perfect combination of pumpkin and oats makes this recipe a big hit with all age groups.

Ingredients: Horlicks Oats 1/2 cup Pumpkin (grated) 1 cup Salt to taste Ajwain powder/Carom seeds powder 1 tea spoon Pepper (crushed) 1/2 tea spoon Saffron water (saffron strands soaked in water) 1/4 cup Butter as required

Method:
Grind Horlicks oats to a coarse powder and keep aside.
Now prepare a mixture of grated pumpkin, salt, ajwain powder, crushed pepper.
Also, add powdered Horlicks oats and make it to a stiff dough with the available moisture of pumpkin.
Make small dumplings of the prepared dough and roll them into rotis.
Now roast the rotis on both sides by applying saffron water and butter.

Delicious Horlicks Oats Pumpkin Rotis are now ready to serve
