Spinach Oats with Tomato ─ Vahchef - VahRehVah

Spinach Oats with Tomato is a power-packed rich nutritious meal which leaves us highly satisfied with its numerous health benefits and delicious taste.

Ingredients: Horlicks Oats 1 cup Water as required Salt to taste Spinach (chopped) 1 cup Olive Oil as required Tomatoes 2 number Garlic(chopped) 1 tea spoon Pepper (crushed) 1 tea spoon Mixed herbs 1 tea spoon

Method:
Boil about three cups of water (for one cup of oats) in a pan by adding a pinch of salt.
Once it comes to boil, add chopped spinach, oats and cook for about 3 minutes. 
Fry tomatoes (cut into 3 round thick slices) on both sides in hot olive oil.
Season the tomatoes with a pinch of salt, chopped garlic, crushed pepper and, mixed herbs.
Now transfer the cooked oats & spinach meal to a serving bowl with these topping of fried tomatoes.

Delicious Spinach Oats with Tomato is now ready to serve.
