Potato(peeled and washed)-4
Tomato(chopped)-2 (medium)
Bay leaves- 2
Dry red chilli-2
Panchphoron-1 tsp
(Mix of Cumin, Brown Mustard, Fenugreek, Nigella
and Fennel seeds)
Cooking oil- 2 tbsp
Turmeric powder-1/3 tsp
Red chilli powder-1/3 tsp
Salt to taste or 1 tsp
For Puri-
Atta- 2 cups
Salt- 1tsp
Cooking oil fro frying
