BLACKBERRY MACARONS
Makes 20
Macarons
300g almond flour
300g powdered sugar
110g liquefied egg whites (see below)
250g caster sugar
75g water
110g liquefied egg whites
3 tbsp activated food safe charcoal
blackberries (youâll need about 6 blackberries for each macaron. Theyâre big macarons)
Frosting
1 batch chocolate Swiss meringue buttercream frosting (recipe: thescranline.com)
3 tbsp activated food safe charcoal
