I love sardines and everywhere I go I seem to come across "Cornish Sardines", but what are Cornish sardines exactly? We traveled to Cornwall in the South-West of England to meet with my friend David Pascoe, who is a sardine fisherman. David is taking us fishing for sardines in Mount's Bay just off the coast of Newlyn. All of David's sardines are certified by the MSC which means they are sustainably caught!
