To celebrate my guest edited issue of Bake From Scratch magazine finally being out in the UK todays recipe is a spin on one that appears in the issue, a delicious rhubarb crumble. In this version I have flavoured the fruit with some fennel seeds and the crumble with some cardamom, just heavenly!
