You'll Need...
5--7 lbs Agouti (washed/cleaned)
3/4 tablespoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoon Caribbean Green Seasoning
1 medium onion
3 cloves garlic
1/2 scotch bonnet pepper
1 med tomato
1 tablespoon veg oil
1 1/2 tablespoon brown sugar
3-4 cups coconut milk
2 scallions
1 tablespoon shado beni (chadon beni , culantro)
