Summer season is on and recipe of mangoes is a must. Here is a variation for your regular sheera mango sheera. It tastes just yummy. This is a very easy and simple recipe. You can make it in a jiffy. You can try this recipe at home and drop a comment for me. Do not forget to like, share and subscribe.

Ingredient list
• 1 tsp Ghee
• 1/2 cup fine Suji / Semolina
• 2 tbsp Ghee
• Few Cashew nuts
• Few chopped Almonds
• 1/2 cup diced Mango
• 1/4 cup Mango puree
• 1 1/2 cup Hot water
• 1/4 cup Sugar
• Cardamom powder

• Heat up a pan on medium heat.
• Add ghee and suji. Roast on medium heat for about 7-8 minutes
or until suji begins to turn light golden.
• Keep on stirring continuously while roasting suji.
• When suji begins to get light golden color and it begins to release
nice aroma keep it aside.
• In another pan add ghee.
• When the ghee is hot enough add cashew nuts and chopped
• Roast until these get light golden color.
• When nuts begin to turn light golden add chopped mango.
• Save few pieces for garnishing.
• Mix well and cook for about 3-4 minutes.
• When mango pieces begin to melt down add mango puree and
mix well.
• Cook for about 3-4 minutes more.
• Add the roasted suji and mix well.
• Add hot water and mix well.
• Cover and cook on medium heat for just about 5 minutes.
• Take the lid off and add sugar, cardamom powder. Mix well.
• Cover and cook on low to medium heat for about 5-6 minutes.
• Turn off the gas and mango sheera is already.
