Tiny baby potatoes can be baked in air fryer. Bake the potatoes on the highest heat setting for 20 minutes, giving them one toss in the middle of the cooking time.

1 tbsp Red Chili powder hot variety
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon vinegar
2 tablespoons ketchup or tomato paste
3 tablespoons sugar
Salt to taste
