1/2 Cup of Tikka Masala Curry Paste
400g Can of Diced Tomatoes
1 Cup of Water
1 Small Cauliflower (trimmed and broken into florets)
700g of Pumpkin (skin removed, cut into chunks)
270g Can of Coconut Milk
Salt and Pepper
Preparation Time: About 10 minutes
Cooking Time: About 20 minutes approx.
