INGREDIENTS:
Elephant Ears
1 cup all purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1⁄2 teaspoon salt
1⁄4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon cold butter
1⁄4 cup warm water
2 tablespoons warm milk
5 to 6 cups of vegetable oil, for frying
Topping
1⁄2 cup sugar
4 teaspoons ground cinnamon
Jalapeño Poppers
8 jalapenos
4 ounces cream cheese, room temperature 1⁄2 cup shredded pepper jack cheese
Juice of 1 lime
1⁄2 teaspoon onion powder
1⁄4 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
1⁄2 cup all purpose flour
1⁄4 teaspoon ground smoked paprika
1 large egg
1⁄4 cup milk
3⁄4 cup breadcrumbs
Kettle Corn
2 teaspoons coconut oil
1⁄4 cup popcorn kernels
3 tablespoons granulated sugar
1⁄2 teaspoon sea salt
