Cheese omelette sandwich can be a healthy and quick breakfast or even brunch too. This street food recipe tastes just yummy and is very easy to make. You can try this simple recipe at home and drop a comment for me. Do not forget to like, share and subscribe.

Ingredients:
• 2 Eggs
• Finely chopped Green chili
• 2 pinches Salt
• Black pepper powder
• Finely chopped Coriander leaves
• Mayonnaise
• Chili sauce
• Red chili powder
• Chat masala
• Cheese slice
• Mozzarella cheese
• Chopped Onion
• Sliced Tomato
• Butter

Method:
• Break 2 eggs in a bowl.
• Add green chili, salt, black pepper powder, coriander leaves and beat it really good.
• Heat up oil in a pan on medium heat.
• Add the egg mixture in the pan and sprinkle red chili powder, chat masala.
• Once omelette is done from lower side flip it over and fry for just 30 seconds from other side.
• Flip the omelette again and add cheese slice, mozzarella cheese at the center.
• Fold the omelette over from all four sides to make pocket.
• Spread mayonnaise, chili sauce on the breads.
• Transfer the pocket on the bread slice and spread onion, tomato on it.
• Close the sandwich with another bread.
• Add butter in the pan and transfer the sandwich on it.
• Toast the bread well form lower side and spread butter on upper side.
• Flip sover and toast well from other side too.
• When the sandwich is toasted well from both the sides, take in off into a dish and cheese
omelette sandwich is all ready.
