Blueberry Mezcal Margarita
Handful of Blueberries
2 oz Mezcal
½ oz Lime Juice
¾ oz Simple Syrup
2 Dashes of Orange Bitters

A few orange bitters go a long way, the rest is all about sour mix and blueberries. The mezcal gives you a nice smokey finish and you're left with a slightly sweet sour blueberry creation for summer, spring or fall. If you can get blueberries in the winter, okay!
