This Fishy Friday I'm cooking with beautiful tinned mackerel! This amazing dish of green asparagus, mackerel and sesame vinaigrette is really easy to make, but it tastes very sophisticated. The mackerel is of course from a sustainable source. It has been caught near the Faroe Islands by good friend and Fish Tales fisherman Birgir.
