Cream Cheese is combined with sugar, pineapple, crushed nuts and coconut to create these delicious little truffle balls. Once chilled, they are ready to eat. Perfect for parties, Christmas snack tables or edible gifts, these Tropical Snowballs are great no matter where in the world you celebrate - give it a try today!
Ingredients:
500g of Cream Cheese (at room temperature)
400g Can of Crushed Pineapple in Juice (drained)
2 Cups of Crushed Nuts or Finely Chopped Cookies
2 - 4 Tablespoons of Icing Sugar / Powdered Sugar (add more or less to taste)
2 - 3 Cups of Desiccated Coconut
Preparation Time: About 20 minutes (plus chilling time)
