The kentucky chocolate cocktail starts our March Madness 2019 cocktail bracket. We will pit the Kentucky chocolate against a slight variation. We compare 94 proof Elijah Craig to 120 Knob Creek to figure out which should move on in the bracket.

The Kentucky Chocolate is a "flip", meaning you create this drink with a whole egg much like eggnog, or a whiskey eggnog. The best way to create this, not shown in the video, is to dry shake it with mad aggression and then add a lot of ice and shake it with equal aggression. This will create a more aerated drink with a nice head and more chocolate appeal.
This cocktail has been done on the show before, you can find it here: https://youtu.be/-6nwl0EWgvw
