In today's episode, we visit a restaurant staple that makes the eggiest sandwiches. 'Egghead' in NYC serves the best breakfast comfort foods all day. Our favorite was 'The Classic' which includes a fried egg, bacon, spicy aioli, cheese, and tomato, all in between a butter brioche bun. This sandwich pairs perfectly with their cheesy hashbrowns. This sandwich shop is certainly giving your breakfast . much needed upgrade.
