On today's episode of Twisted Explore we tried a cheesecake that jiggles. Keki is home to USA's first bouncy cheesecake and it is certainly unique because this bouncy cheesecake is like no other. This jiggly cheesecake is one half Japanese jiggly cake and half traditional New York cheesecake. You will have to watch the whole video to see the rest of this baking process.
