Yo Yo Yo Brother & Sistas, this is Ep01 of the 3 part cheese series for the V&A;'s forthcoming exhibition FOOD: Bigger than the Plate.
My mates biodesigner Helene Steiner and scientist Dr Thomas Meany (Opencell) & myself are making cheese cultured from human bacteria. I know, bonkers right?
In this episode British rapper Professor Green and Madness frontman Suggs'sjoin me for Helene to collect their DNA so we can begin the project. Check out next weeks episode to see the other Celebs who are taking part. The cheese will be on display at the V&A; from Thursday 16th May 2019.
Increasing the peace since 1972 xx
