Burnt Butter, or Neurre Noisette as it's known in Official Pastry Land, adds such a deep buttery and slightly nutty flavour to your bakes and it is TOO DAMN EASY to make. It's super versatile in baking and also in savoury cooking so I always like to have a pot of it in the fridge just in case. Here's Dane to show you how to make it.

BUTTER! Not Margarine or any other kind of spread. Good, creamy, dairy, buttah! No substitutes will do.
