Tawa Tandoori Chicken
Ingredients:
Whole Chicken - Full bird
Coriander powder - 1 tb spn
Kashmiri Chilli Powder - 2 tb spn
Turmeric - ½ tsp
Ginger garlic paste - 2 tsp
Kasoori methi - 1 tsp
Chat masala - 1 tsp
Garam masala - 2 tsp
Lemon - 1
Hung curd - 1 cup
Oil - As required
Method:
Cut the chicken as shown in the video. Now add curd,ginger garlic paste,turmeric,coriander powder,kasoori methi,lemon juice,chilli powder and chicken pieces and rest it for 1-2 hours in a refrigerator. Now in a plate add chilli powder,chat masala,cumin powder,coriander powder,garam masala,kasoori methi,salt,lemon juice,some salt and oil, mix it well.
Now heat tawa add some oil,chicken pieces and cook them on a medium flame. After it is half done apply the masala and cook it for 5 more minutes and serve hot. Egg Kulcha
Ingredients:
Eggs(boiled) - 3
Maida - 1 cup
Cumin powder - 1 tsp
Pepper powder - 1 tsp
Chaat masala - 1 tsp
Method:
Take a bowl add maida some salt and oil,mix it well and make a soft dough and keep
aside. Roll it into big sheet and cut it into squares, now add sliced egg pieces, top it with cumin powder,pepper powder,chaat masala and seal the edges properly. In the same tawa where chicken kebabs are cooked place this egg kulcha and cook it on both sides and serve it with kebab's.
