Tomato & Onion Gravy For Paneer Tikka Masala - Chettinad Egg Curry - Veg Kolhapuri Recipe ─ Vahchef - VahRehVah

Onion Tomato Gravy
Ingredients:
Onions (Chopped) - 300g
Tomatoes (Chopped) - 300g
Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tb spn
Turmeric Powder - 1 tsp
Chilli Powder - 2 tb spn
Coriander Powder - 2 tb spn
Cumin Powder - 1 tb spn
Garam masala - 1 tb spn
Cashew nut powder - 2 tsp
Tomato Puree - ½ cup
Oil - As Required
Salt - To Taste
Method:
Heat some oil in a pan, add onions,some salt and saute it for sometime. Now add ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder,chilli powder,coriander powder,cumin powder,garam masala powder and some cashew powder. Then add tomatoes, tomato puree and some water , also adjust salt and cook for 15 minutes closed.

Chettinad Egg Masala
Ingredients:
Pepper - 1 tsp
Fennel - 1 tsp
Byagdi Chillies - 3
Whole Garam Masala - 1 tsp
Poppy seeds - 1 tsp
Curry leaves - 1 string
Coconut powder - 2 tsp
Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
Red chillies - 2
Garlic(crushed) - 1 tsp
Curry leaves - 1 string
Oil - As Required
Salt - To Taste
Method:
Firstly for chettinad masala in a pan add pepper,fennel,byagdi chillies,whole garam masala,poppy seeds,curry leaves,coconut powder and dry roast them till they turn brown in colour. Let it cool down and grind it into fine powder and keep aside.
Now in a pan add little amount of oil , mustard seeds,red chillies,garlic,curry leaves and tomato gravy. Saute it for a minute and add grounded chettinad masala and some water,also adjust salt. In the last add eggs and chopped coriander leaves and switch off the flame. Serve hot with rice.

Paneer Tikka Masala
Ingredients:
Paneer - 1 cup
Yogurt - ½ cup
Cashew nut powder - 1 tsp
Kasoori methi - 1 tsp
Capsicum - ¼ cup
Fresh Cream - 2 tb spn
Method:
Heat oil in a pan,add cashew nut powder,yogurt,paneer pieces,tomato onion gravy and saute it for a minute. Now add kasoori methi,capsicum,some fresh cream and switch off the flame.

Kolhapuri Masala
Ingredients:
Sesame seeds - 1 tsp
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Fenugreek seeds - 1 tsp
Coriander seeds - 1 tsp
Pepper - 1 tsp
Curry leaves - 1 tsp
Kashmiri chilli powder - 1 tsp
Carrot - ¼ cup
Cauliflower - ¼ cup
Green peas - ¼ cup
Salt - To Taste
Oil - As Required
Method:
Heat some oil in a pan add curry leaves, kolhapuri masala,water and tomato gravy,kashmiri chilli powder,carrots,cauliflower,green peas cook it for sometime,adjust salt and switch off the flame
