Sabjis made with Besan -Gram Flour is very delicious and can be prepared instantly with ease. Rich in fiber and nutrients, besan is gram flour or chickpea (Garbanzo Beans) flour. When I want to cook sables fast, I slice them thin to cook faster so all these sabjis like baingan, bhindi, guvar, simla mirch, broccoli and zucchini can be cooked really fast to serve as side with Daal Roti or Panner or even complete thali.
