Basic Rava Ladoo
Ingredients:
Rava(Sooji) - 200 g
Sugar (powdered) - 100 g
Ghee - 2 tb spn
Cashew Nuts - 1 tsp spn
Raisins - 1 tsp spn
Cardamom Powder - 1 tsp
Milk - As Required
Salt - Pinch
Fresh Coconut(grated) - 2 tb spn

Directions:
Heat a pan, Add some Ghee
Add 1 tsp Cashew Nuts & Roast it slightly
Add 1 tsp Raisins
Add 200 g of Rava
Roast it for 3 minutes till nice aroma comes out of it
Add Fresh Coconut & Roast it for 3 more minutes
Add Powdered Sugar & Mix it well
Add Pinch Of Salt
Using Freshly Boiled Milk Make Ladoos
