Bitter Melon Fry
Ingredients:
Method:
Cut Bitter Melon Into Thin Slices
Take a Mixing Bowl
Add Sliced Bitter Melon
Add Salt & Mix it well
Rest it for 10 Minutes
Add Roughly chopped Ginger
Add chopped Garlic
Add Besan Flour little by little
Add Rice Flour little by little
Add 2 tsp Oil
Add a pinch of Ajwain
Add ½ tsp Chilli Powder
Mix it well
Deep fry on a medium heat for 8 minutes
Fry them till they are crispy & golden colour
Bitter Gourd Pickle
Ingredients:
Bitter Melon - 250g
Oil - 125 ml
Method:
Take a pan
Add 125 ml Oil
Add 250g Bitter Melon
Add Crushed Mustard seeds
Add 2 sprigs chopped curry leaves
Add Green Chillies
Add chopped Ginger
Add chopped Garlic
Add Turmeric
Add Fenugreek Powder
Add Mustard Powder
Add Curry Leaves
Add 30g Chilli Powder
Add 25g Salt
Add Jaggery
Cook it for 3-4 Minutes
Switch of the flame & keep aside
Take a pan, add Oil
Add Chana Dal
Add Urad Dal
Add Red Chillies
Fry it for a minute
Add this tempering to the pickle
