RECIPE:
Caramel Chocolate Peanut Butter Truffles
* 1/2 cup granulated sugar
* 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
* 1 tablespoon corn syrup
* 3 tablespoons water
* 1/2 cup heavy cream
* Pinch of salt
* 1/4 teaspoon almond extract
* 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
* 6 ounces dark chocolate, chopped
* 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
Decoration:
* 2 cups dark chocolate coating wafers
* Chocolate-coated sunflower seeds
* Small candy eyeballs
* Royal Icing
